If registration is sought for more than one category of
supply of goods and service a separate application should be sent for each
category. Registered Suppliers who fail to quote on more than three occasions
or who fail to execute the orders without valid reasons are liable to have
their registrations cancelled without any notice.
Quotations will be normally called from registered Suppliers
but the company reserves the right to invite offers from other sources of
supply outside the registered list, in order to obtain quality goods and
competitive offers. Applications should be forwarded under Registered Cover
indicating name & registered address, photocopy of the Certificate of
Registration of the firm, telephone number, facsimile number, goods/services
that could be supplied and the credit
terms offered, to reach the Competent Authority before 07.11.2016 marked
"Registration of Suppliers for 2017" on the top left hand comer of
the envelope. Application Forms for registration could be obtained submitting a
written request along with a copy of business registration on payment of a
non-refundable fee of I3s. 500/- for each category during 9.00 a.m. to 3.00
D.M. on working days from the Head Office and Pulmoddai Plant
