appropriates training to all user (as appropriate) and follow up technical support
to the concerned staff in the project and contract management functions.
Interested bidders are expected to meet the
following requirements that enable them to participate in the bid:
1. The proposal for the Expression of
Interest should be accompanied with valid (renewed) business license, VAT
certificate, TIN certificates and recent tax clearance
2. The experience in supplying and
installation of similar system should be supported with authorized documents.
•. The interested bidders can collect the RFP
(E0I Form) from
Business Developments and Contract
Management Office if ECDSEWCo. located at Bob-Marley square, opposite of
Imperials Hotel during office hours for free charge Any bidder who needs
further clarification /have question regarding/ can forward his queries via
e-mail Abiletse-2008(ayahoo.com. Prospective bidders must submit their E01 and
all relevant documents before close of business day (COB) till 15Th July, 2016 within
wax sealed envelopes the technical proposals and Financial Offer prepared and
sealed separately.
III. The proposals shall be addressed to
ECDSVVCo, and submitted to ECDSWCo head office Business Development &
Contract Management Process 10 floor.
IV. E01 proposals received offer the
closing date and time, telegraphic or telephonic will not be considered.
V. ECVVDSCo reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids
