During the Financial Year 2016/2017 the Universal Communications Service Access Fund (Ucsaf) Has Set Aside Funds to Cover Eligible Payments Under the Contract for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Solar Power Systems in Public Secondary Schools Under School Connectivity Project
Bidding Will be Conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Procedures as Stipulated in the Public Procurement Act No. 7 of 2011 (Hereinafter Called PPA 2011) and the Public Procurement Regulations, Government Notice No. 446 of 2013 and is Open to Only the Shortlisted Bidders for each Ward as Defined in the Regulations.

All Bids in One Original and One Copy, Properly Filled in, and Enclosed in Plain Envelopes Marked "Tender for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Solar Power Systems to Ten (10) Government Secondary Schools in Ruangwa District, Lindi Region" Must be Delivered to the Address Stated in Paragraph 7 Below

A Non refundable Fee of Tzs 100,000.00
