All Heli operators are requested to submit the applications who meets the following requirements 1) Holder of Non Scheduled Operators Permit issued by the DGCA. 2) Owned/Leased helicopter which can be safely flown to Kedarnath 3) Owned /Leased helipad duly approved by the DGCA. It is clarified that DGCA approved helipad would mean a helipad which has been granted permission by DGCA for operational purposes in 2016 or in previous years. 4) Having flying experience in Uttarakhand hills/Mandakini Valley. This would include operators who have done Shuttle or Charter Operations in Hills of Uttarakhand. Applications should reach with the organization details along with the supporting documents to the CEO, UCADA Govt. of Uttarakhand to the address given above by 16th May 2016.
