Tender Title: Provision of Removing the Temporary Piles and Temporary Structures in the GCA including the Service Bridge for PCIHBV
Scope of Work
1. To conduct mandatory site visit and verification of existing condition and adjacent facilities.
2. To provide the relevant engineering documentation.
3. To provide personnel, equipment, tools, and consumables to execute the WORK.
4. To conduct necessary site preparation and pre-mobilization assessment.
5. To remove 16 nos of H-Piles located underneath the New Bridge and the Service Bridge inclusive any protruded steel materials.
6. To clear the water way (Garraf River) from any obstruction to allow the free access below the New Bridge.
7. To transfer all the dismantled/used steel to the PD&T Lay down Area located inside the GIFT.
8. To reinstate the existing condition of soil or make good any damage to existing facilities/land which caused by CONTRACTOR execution of the WORK.
The Tentative Tender is scheduled as follows:
i. Tender Announcement Date: 2, 3 November 2016
ii. Request for Quotation (RFQ) Issuance Date: Tentatively 15 November 2016
iii. Bid Closing Date: 2 weeks after RFQ Issuance Date

As the Operator, PCIHBV hereby invites prospective bidders with relevant experience and resources to participate in the following Tender:
Tender Title: Provision of Service Contract for Oil Processing Train Including Operations and Maintenance for Petronas Carigali Iraq Holding B.V.
Summary Scope of Works / Services include but not limited to the following:
• To perform the design engineering works based on PCIHBV's approved International Codes and Standards. The leased oil train shall be 30KBD design capacity that meets PCIHBV product specifications and plant availability of minimum 98%. The design shall be based on the following crude feed and product specifications:
a) Pre-Water Injection,
b) Post Water Injection,
• To construct the oil processing train based on modular concept. transport and install at the designated location.
• Installation scope shall include the crude processing units - degassing vessels, dehydrator and desalter, crude transfer pump, crude heating unit, flare knock out drum, flare stack and piping, control system and power supply system, which shall be made available off the shelf to meet the delivery duration which is 6 months from the contract effective date.
• To carry out pre-commissioning and commissioning works, including the Performance Test Run (PTR).
• To carry out the required PTR for a duration of 72 hours prior to commencement of lease.
• To operate the oil processing train including, but not limited to; providing adequate competent manpower to safely operate the oil processing train, including responding to process disruption and plant emergency.
• To maintain the oil processing train including, but not limited to; developing maintenance plan, providing adequate competent manpower. provision for adequate critical spares, provision for lab analytical services and consumables at site,
• To fully comply with applicable Host Country regulatory requirements. PCIHBV HSE requirements including process safety requirement. and Industry Standards and Best Practices. 
. The Tender is scheduled as follows:
i. Tender Announcement Date: 2 & 3 NOVEMBER 2016
ii. Tentative Invitation to Bid Document (ITB) Collection Date: 22 NOVEMBER 2016
iii. Tentative Bid Closing Date: 13 DECEMBER 2016, 1200 hours (Iraq Time, GMT+3)
Interested Bidders shall submit a written application (letter printed on Bidder's letterhead signed by the Bidder's authorized Senior Management personnel) over a period from 2 NOVEMBER 2016 to 11 NOVEMBER 2016 stating the following details: Full name of company; Mail address; Phone; Fax; E-mail address; Full name of contact person and e-mail address.
The Fee for one set of RFQ Documents is United States Dollars Three Thousand (USD 3,000.00) or Iraqi Dinar Three Million Four Hundred Ninety Five Thousand (IQD 3,495,000.00). The method of payment for the RFQ documents shall be announced to the Bidders after submission of the Bidder's written application. Payment is non-refundable. The RFQ shall be issued to the Bidders after the Bidders have emailed the proof of payment
A confirmation email will be sent to bidders. Based on request, the ITB may also be sent via email, provided that PCIHBV shal I not be liable for loss or late arrival of such written application. Any request for the document after this period shall not be entertained.
All Bidders receiving the ITB package must indicate to PCIHBV their intention to bid or to decline, which must be communicated through email to PCIHBV before the Bid Closing Date, giving reasons therefore. In the event any Bidder intends to bid, such Bidder shall strictly abide by all instructions given in the ITB document.
