The biddings shall be submitted online along with a copy of banking deposit equivalent to (1%) of the value of the bidding in the form of a banking guarantee or a cheque issued by a local bank, addressed to / Chairman of the Internal Tender Committee and valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission of biddings. The bidding which does not honour the temporary insurance shall not be considered.

The receipt of the bank guarantee shall be deposited into the Tender Box at the OEPP's premise in Madinat Al Ilam, Al Qurm.

Awarding the tender shall prioritise companies or establishments that have achieved higher percentage of omanisation and purchase of national products.

The Internal Tender Committee of the OEPPA shall not be obligated to accept the lowest or any other bids.
