The Tenders and Auctions Committee of Qatar Ports Management Company hereby announces the above auction with the following terms and conditions.

1- Auction documents can be obtained from the Financial and Accountings Affairs at Qatar Ports Management Company, main building, located at Cornish (8th floor), after paying the non¬refundable amount, mentioned above at the company's account No. (0850- 102030-060) Qatar National Bank (QNB), Accompanied by a copy of the commercial registration.

2- Offers should be accompanied with bank guarantee or certified cheque issued by one of banks operating in Qatar as a temporary deposit and should be valid for 120 days from the closing date. The offer which is not accompanied by the guarantee will not be considered.

3- Offer should be valid for 90 days from commencing from the tender closing date.

4- The deadline for submitting offers will be at 2:00 pm of on Monday on the date shown above. Any offer arriving thereafter will not be considered.

5- The offers should be deposited in the Tenders and Auctions Committee box ,4 th floor. It should be in closed envelopes, sealed with red wax and addressed to the Chairman of the Tenders and Auctions Committee at Qatar Ports Management Company, writing the number and subject of the auction. The auction submitting party should confirm that he has received the receipt for delivering the auction.

6- The offers must be submitted in original and a copy, mentioning (original / copy) on them.

7- The Inspection permission will be issued after paying the fees and receiving the auction documents.
