been awarded a contract award to facilitate transportation and installation otherservices to Walter Oil & Gas Corporation (“Walter”) for the
Megalodan platform doomed for South Timbalier Block 311 in the Gulf of
Mexico. The project is likely to be the part of McDermott’s third
