Breheny gets onshore contract

The civil engineering company Breheny has been awarded a £1m contract by RWE and SSE’s 340MW Galloper offshore wind farm, to execute the onshore works.

The onshore substation at Sizewell in the east of Britain will get the preparatory ground works done as the part of the contract award. Temporary compound areas, infrastructure for water, electricity and telecommunications will also be established by Breheny by early 2015.
