Re-organization of Jodhpur Urban Water Supply Project

1. The Republic of India has applied for a loan from the agence francaise de développement (AFD) in various currencies towards the cost of Re-organization of Jodhpur Urban Water Supply Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for "Takhat Sager Based Water Supply Works viz. Improvement at New Intake, RW Pump House, RW Pipelines, WTP, CWR & Related Work on Single Responsibility Basis Turnkey Job Contract including necessary Design and Operation & Maintenance for 10 years"
2 The Governor of Rajasthan through Chief Engineer Project Public Health Engineering Department Jodhpur (Rajasthan)-India now invites online International Competitive bids from eligible bidders for "Re-org UWSS Jodhpur-Takhat Sagar Based Water Supply Works viz. Improvement at New Intake, RW Pump House, RW Pipelines, WTP, CWR & Related works ("the Facilities") on Single Responsibility Basis Turnkey Job Contract including necessary Design and Operation & Maintenance for 10 years".

3. Details of this tender notification can be seen at website rajwater.gov.in and eprocrajasthan.gov.in and post-qualification criteria can be seen in the Bid document exhibited on website given. Tenders are to be submitted online in electronic format on above website.

4. Complete set of bidding documents may be downloaded without any cost from www eproc rajasthan gov in from 11.00 hrs 1ST on April 15. 2016. However bid of only those bidders shall be opened on line. who successfully deposit cost of Bidding document and Bid Security in physical and presented form with the Chief Engineer (Project) PHED. Jodhpur on or before stipulated dead line
5. Bid fees (INR 10000+1000) non refundable and Bid Security (INR 10.16 million) as specified at ITB 11.1. must be delivered to the Office of Chief Engineer (Project) PHED, Jodhpur on or before stipulated deadline

Bidders are advised to refer the orders issued by the Finance Department. Government of Rajasthan vide F.1(1)FD/GF&AR2007(Circular No. 19/2011) dated 30.09 2011 for getting aware with e-tendering process.
7. The Bidders have to submit their bid in electronic format duly digitally signed on the above website eproc. Rajasthan.gov.in. The Bids without digital signature shall not be accepted and no bid in physical form shall be accepted.

8. The Bidder has to submit the bid before/up to the prescribed time for bid submission. The Department shall not be responsible for any delay in bid submission in electronic format.
