ACE claims UK construction targets under threat if public procurement doesn’t improve

UK government is all set to cut the construction costs and claimed that the desired results will not be achieved unless some significant improvement in procurement is seen as per the research. According to the Association for Consultancy and Engineering or ACE’s report, the investment process of the public sector procurement landscape has been thoroughly examine and it is said that there were almost over 40,000 procuring bodies in and around the public sector. ACE claimed that the research has found that parties involved in procurement, too often, try to endorse change as making it a part of the transactional process used for buying instead of making a part of the strategic investment decision-making process.
