Metairie-based
Hard Rock Construction has been awarded by the Port of New Orleans a
$13.3 million contract award for enhancements to the Mississippi River
Intermodal Terminal. The 12-acre project is aimed to enhance the
terminal, upgrading the flow of marine and rail cargo at the port while
