I. The Bank of Abyssinia (BoA) S.C. ill/4es interested bidders

3. The bid wit be conducted in line with the open tender
procedure stpulated in the Directive of the Bank and other relevant laws of the
land.
Interested bidders can collect from August 18. 2018 from
Property and Facility Management Department of the Bank. located at Bole Road
Mica Avenue in between Ethiopian Investment Commission and Chefe °ramie Head
Office depositing a non-refundable BIT 100.00 (One Hundred) during office hours
(8:00 - 12:00a.m. and 1:00 —5:00p.m.). and presently a copy of Registration
Certificate from the Federal Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.
Renewed Trade License for the year and VAT Registration Certificate.
5. All Bids must accompanied by a bid security of USD
2.000.00 or Birr 50.000.00 (Fifty Thousand) in a form of Bank Guarantee or Cash
Payment Order (CRO). Bid bond n any other form shall not be acceptable.
6. All Bid document responded by bidders shall be arranged
and submitted by separate envelopes in the tender box before the dosing date as
per the procedure of Instructions to Bidders n the RFP.
7. All Bid must be deposited in the tender box prepared for
this purpose at Head Office of the bank of Abyssinia. Ethiopian Red Cross
Building. Ras Desta Damtew Street near National Stadium on or before September
3. 2018 at 10:00a.m
S. Bid wit be opened on September 3. 2018 at 10:30a.m n the
presence of Bidders and/or their representative who wish to attend the event.
9. Failure to comply with any of the conditions listed torn
4 to 8 above shal result in automatic rejection from the bid process.
10. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all Bids at any time in the Bid process.
