1. Bidding will be conducted through
National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure.
2. A complete set of Bidding Documents in
English language could be inspected and purchased upon submission of a written
request to the Deputy General Manager (Supplies & Stores), during 9:00hrs
to 15:30 hrs from 01" August 2016 to 19th August 2016 (Working Days) upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Rs 5,000/- for each package. The method of
payment will be only in cash.
3.Procurement No & the Subject should
be clearly mentioned on the top left corner of the envelop should be sent under
registered post or deposited to the identified Tender Box kept in Supplies
Division.
4. Bid shall be delivered in duplicate to
the address given below and submitted on or before 14:00 hrs. of 22"
August 2016. Late submission of bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened
soon after closing time, in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose
to attend.
5. Interested bidders may obtain further
clarifications from Deputy General Manager (Drainage & Reclamation), Sri
Lanka Land Reclamation and Development Corporation (SLLR&DC), No. 03, Sri
layawardenapura Mawatha, Welikada, Rajagiriya.
