Balfour Beatty gets $136 million US office project

The construction contract award of $136 million has been awarded to Balfour Beatty to erect a prestigious and environment friendly office complex in the heart of uptown Charlotte, North Carolina the recent in a course of awards to build up the city’s economic and commercial infrastructure.

The building, named as 300 South Tryon,tender is being constructed by Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC and includes a distinctive 25-storey office building and a four level underground parking garage.

The office building is being designed to attain Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification.
