The
construction contract award of $136 million has been awarded to Balfour
Beatty to erect a prestigious and environment friendly office complex in
the heart of uptown Charlotte, North Carolina the recent in a course of
awards to build up the city’s economic and commercial infrastructure.
The building, named as 300 South Tryon,tender
is being constructed by Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC and
includes a distinctive 25-storey office building and a four level
underground parking garage.
The office building is being designed to
attain Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold
certification. LEED is the globally acknowledged green building
certification system formed by the US Green Building Council, which
