Revamping of Website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Ministry of Foreign Affairs intends to revamp its website so that the same is more stakeholders’ centric, dynamic. Multilanguage and enhance the usability of website through smart devices such as Note Book, PCs, Tablet PCs and Mobile Smart Phones.  Tendersontime, a leading business information provider is the first agency to report this notification.

The Project Consultant Procurement Committee, on behalf of the Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA) now invites Expressions of Interest (Eo1) from eligible Web Developers (Firms) to express their interest for this assignment. The EOI Ref No is: ICTA/ GOSL/ CON/ QCBS/ 2016/16.
EOI must include the requested information as specified in the respective "EOI Information Format” along with documentary evidence to demonstrate core business and years in business, qualifications in the field of the assignment, experience in carrying out assignments of a similar nature and complexity (provide the 3 best websites developed by the firm), technical and managerial organization of the firm, technical capabilities and appropriate skills of key staff of the organization, availability of facilities and other relevant information. Those firms that submit proposals in response to the Request For Proposals (RFP) will be invited to do a demonstration during the evaluation stage, on their past experience in developing websites.
Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture to enhance their qualifications. A Consultancy Firm will be selected in accordance with the Qualifications Cost Based Selection method (QCBS).
