Jordan to invest $1.4 million on sewage project

Ministry of Water - Jordan announced that it will fund US$1.4 million to link residential houses to Madaba Governorate’s main sewage network by Q1 2015.

The project initiative will be financed by a GCC grant.

By connecting homes to the main sewage line, the government targets to deal with tender the problem of spreading cesspits, tanks or pits utilized for waste disposal.
