Ed Bell Construction Co. receives $9.3 million Horizon road widening contract

As part of the continuing attempt to improve state roadways and deal congestion, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) approved a contract award for construction to broaden FM 3097 (Horizon Road) in Rockwall.

Ed Bell Construction Company has been awarded with a contract of $9.3 million.
