An
advanced technology provider of security and detection systems,
Decision Sciences International Corporation (DSIC) has been awarded a
contract by Toshiba Corporation (Toshiba) to assist the reclamation of
the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear complex with the appliance of DSIC’s
radical muon tracking detectors.
The initial contract award states, DSIC will
design, manufacture and supply a detector and tube arrays that apt into
the power plant building. The detector will be component of Toshiba’s
entire Fukushima Complex project to regulate the location and condition
of the nuclear fuel inside the plant. The information given by the
detectors will support Toshiba in forming a secure and effective
