Numerous people were surprised by Ranil Wickremesinghe, the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka when he put together an entirely new cabinet. It is done after his victory in the election in the month of August. A new portfolio which refers to the Western Province Development and the Ministry of  Megapolis,project  is also created by him. It is handed to Champika Ranawaka who is the right-wing Sinhala-Buddhist leader. She is the part of the United National Party-led coalition.
