The capacities of railway lines are already saturated and in this condition allocation of the new trains are only possible where we have developed and improved infrastructure—the thought or idea has been observed in a meeting held by the different representatives or various Rail organizations on Last Sunday. The meeting was actually conducted for the purpose of preparing a primary list of the contract award recommendations that is to be submitted to the ministry of Railway and that is ahead of the preparation of the upcoming railway budget.
