PIL is Filed by Advocate HC to Challenge “Conflict of Interest”

Advocate H C Arora is allowed to file a PIL or Public Interest Litigation by the Haryana and Punjab High Court on Wednesday. It is for challenging “conflict of interest” of the ruling Badal family of Punjab as it is involved in the business news of transport at the time of running the state government. The request of Arora is accepted by the Division Bench which is comprised of Justices Mahavir Singh Chauhan and S K Mittal. Their aim is to relieve him as amicus curiae in a case arising in 29th April in an incident near Moga. A teenage girl died there after being molested allegedly. She was also thrown of a running bus of Orbit Aviation Private Limited.
