The
Government of Rwanda (GoR) in its endeavor to improve supply of energy,
increase and accelerate investments is undertaking various activities to
bring in reforms to the
Energy Sector.
The Rwanda Energy Group REG Ltd, Energy Utility Corporation Limited
(EUCL) and Energy Development Corporation Limited (EDCL) were
incorporated and are responsible for development of energy resources and
to undertake
projects to efficiently operate and maintain generation
plants, networks and other facilities to meet the energy requirements of
the country.
The above being kept in perspective; REG Ltd has issued a request for
Expression of Interest from competent and qualified consulting firms to
carry out the structural realignment of REG and its subsidiary
