The East African Community Secretariat has issued a request for Expression of Interest from Individual Consultants to develop the concept note and review the draft Memorandum and Articles of Association for Formation of the East African Bankers Association (EABA) and to develop EAC Payment and Settlement Systems Integration Project (EAC-PSSIP).

The East African Community Secretariat has been funded by the African Development Bank and part of these funds is to be used to meet the cost of this project.
