The Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration, University of Rwanda has issued a tender for the supply of ICT Equipment, and other ICT accessories and devices. A part of the ordinary budget of the University of Rwanda is to be used for making eligible payment towards the execution of this project.
