The bank proposes to offer Point of Sales (POS) services and is looking for Firms/Companies to provide the POS Management and Merchant Acquiring Solutions. Tendersontime, a leading business information provider is the first agency to report this notification.

The solution should ensure:

. Connectivity between NSBL POS terminals (GPRS/Ethernet), NSBLSwitch and other EFT networks

. Integration with Finacle 10

. POS terminal management

. Merchant management

. Data Security

. Various MIS Reports as per bank's requirement

. Support for proper reconciliation of transactions

Interested Firms/Companies are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the same along with Firms/Company Registration Certificate. PAN/VAT Registration Certificate. Tax Clearance Certificate of last 3 years and documents evidencing their engagement and working in the field of POS Management and Merchant Acquiring Solutions in Nepal/India.

EOI should specifically include details of all cost, head/item wise, illustratively as under:

a. License Fee

b. Installation Fee

c. Newark/Connectivity Fee

d. Transactional Cost

e. Any other cost (Annual Maintenance Cost etc.)

i. Total Fixed Cost per annum

g. Total Variable Cost per transaction assuming the amount of hit is NPR 10,000 for

i. Cash Swipe,

ii. Merchant Payment

Preference will be given to vendors offering competitive rates in variable costing coupled with the vendor's business in terms of number of banks in their arrangement/engagements.

Interested vendors (Firms/Companies) will be required to submit EOI along with sealed documents with brief profile of the Firms/Companies including profile of the Professionals engaging in POS Management and Merchant Acquiring Solutions to the Procurement Department.
