Access
to Information Programme-II (a2i) has allocated a part of its budget
toward the cost of Consultancy Services for Selection of a firm for
‘Content Development for Television, Radio, Print and Social Media for a
Series of Programme. Tendersontime, a leading business information

The programme, will be a mix of
infotainment and reality-show elements, specially focused on the
innovation of public sector. “Innovation Talk” aims to showcase and
promote innovations and innovators of public sector through developing
documentaries and interactive studio based show. The documentary will
contain the detail of the innovation, story of innovator, challenges the
innovator faced. supports, interview of beneficiaries and other
relevant issues. Based on the tv show, similar type of content for
print, radio and social media is a must for creating social mobilization
and engaging mass people through 360 degree communication approach.
The experience, Resources and Deliverable Capacity required are: At least 05 years of corporate/firm experience in the field of Content Development for Television, Radio, Print and Social Media;
Have experience of at least 3 successful programme in the last 5 years
in developing content on social mobilization, awareness building, human
development and engaging mass people Must have experience of developing
programme with a mix of infotainment and reality-show elements;
Must have experience in working with
GoB/UNDP In-house availability of adequately experienced manpower
In-house capability and availability of logistics and other resources
(office setup. staffs etc.) to be assigned for services;
Firm must have aggregate turnover of at
least Tk. 1 crores in the last three years; Firm must have liquid asset
or working capital or credit facility of at Tk. 50 Lakh.
Access to Information Programme-II now
invites eligible Applicants to indicate the interest in providing the
services. Interested Consultants are invited to provide information
indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. This shall
require substantiation through submission of brochures and other
documents describing similar assignments, experience availability of
appropriate professional qualification and experience among applicant’s
staff, resources to carry out the assignment, financial Logistical
capability, etc.
Expression of interest shall be
submitted by 11:45 am (BST) on 14/02/16 in sealed envelope delivered to
