 The Government of the State of Qatar, represented by Aspire Logistics, requires prequalifying specialized Companies for participation in Tendering for Bui|ding) Operating-Transfer (BOT) of Underground TSE Polishing Treatment (Reverse Osmosis) Plant at Aspire Zone. Aspire Zone Foundation is planning to utitze Treated Sewer Effluent (TSE) Water supplied by Ashghal for various purposes in order to minimize the dependence on KAHRAWAA ootable water for major consur-ption areas like irrigation system, colling purpose. Tiling Aspire Park lake, other relevant usage and thereby improving water consumption sustanaolity. The water should be polshod in a Reverse Osmosis (RO) treatment plant (complete. setf-contaned) to remove a large majority of contaminants, sediments and refine ;he water parameters to meet the appl cation standard.

The dosign it to incorporate al the necessary architectural works 4 details which includes but not fernled to access stairs, doorways, hatches |add«'s as applicable and to fit for purpose requirements & such thai be heavy duty, durable, easy to maintain and to keep hyg*ne. all in accordance with good engineering practice the Qatar Construction Speci'icalion (QCS) where speoficaly mentioned and tho latest revisions of all rccognzec International Codes of Practice. Stardards and Spec f cations and their addenda. All above mentioned works shal be Contractors responsibiity m obtainmg the necessary approvals from Qatar Civil Defence. Ashghal, Kahramaa. Ministry of Environment MOF Municipally, any other aDprovals required from government authorities for tie rew undergrourd Irea'mert plant. A| suppliec materials & equipment sha| be manufactured from reputable West Europe countries. USA. Japan, or approvee equivalont.

2. CONTRACTOR PRE-QUALIFICATION

Companies must demonstrate the following

Experience of design, implementation, & provision of similar Works & Services.

Organizational Capabilty. financial strength & resource avalabilty for the Works/Services.

Record of achiovemont on BOT Projects of similar scope and complexity.

Any other requirements as stated in the Pre-Qual if cation Appl cation.
