The
Government of Kenya has received a credit from the World Bank towards
the cost of the Judicial Performance Improvement Project (JPlP), and
intends to apply part of the proceeds for Consulting Services to develop
a County Legislation Database. Tendersontime, a leading business

The main objective of the consulting services is to incorporate County Legislation to the existing Laws of Kenya and workflow.
The Judiciary of Kenya now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services.
Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that
they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to
undertake the assignment.
The shortlisting criteria are; The consultant firm
should have at least 5 years' experience in delivery of similar services
(XML compliant database) in Kenya and/or in the Africa Region or a
commonwealth Country. More specifically. the consultant should have
demonstrable experience in providing such services to specific clients.
Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a sub-consultancy to enhance their qualifications.
Expressions of interest (clearly marked with the
tender number and name and no other markings) must be delivered to the
address below on or before 11 February, 2016.
