Airports Fiji Limited (AFL), a Government Commercial Company invites reputable contracting companies to provide expressions of interest associated with the construction of new terminal buildings (each 42 m2 in size) and new tractor/tool sheds (each 36 m2 in size) on each of the sites. Concept designs and a project brief have been documented. Contractors are to provide lump sum prices to complete the engineering design and documentation and construct the buildings on the two sites. Further information is contained within the Request for Proposal (RFP) document which can be obtained via email on info@afl.com.fj
Submissions that do not meet the RFP guidelines and conditions will not be considered. Shortlisted firms will be required to attend a tender interview in Nadi in early May 2016.
Expressions of Interest must be received no later than 4pm on Friday the 22nd of April 2016 and clearly marked RFP # KV TERMINALS/2016– Design and Construction of the Replacement Terminal Buildings at Koro and Vanuabalavu Airports” and addressed to: Tender Committee Secretary Airports Fiji Limited Private Mail Bag Nadi International Airport
