3. In order to participate in above e-tenders, firms are required to obtain Class-III Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and USB token from any of the Licensed Certifying Authorities (CA). Details of Certifying Authorities are available on our e-Procurement website.
4. The payment of EMD as indicated are applicable against each Tender is compulsory unless exempted. The firm should submit requisite EMD to the General Manager, Ordnance Factory, Katni-483503, dearly mentioning the "END against Tender ID No. any Bid Submission Closing Date" on the envelope. Offers against which EMD received at O.F. Katni after due date will be liable to be rejected.
