A representative of the City of uMhlathuze will meet prospective tenderers for compulsory site inspections to be held on 22 September 2016 at 10h00, at the I & TS Boardroom opposite office 0209 Second floor, at Civic Centre, 5 Mark Strasse, CBD, Richards Bay.
A person who is directly employed by Tenderer and is suitably qualified and experienced to comprehend the implications of the work involved must represent the Tenderer at the tender meeting. Failure to attend the inspection / meeting will render the tender Invalid.
This request for Tenders Is subject to the terms and conditions Council's Preferential Procurement Policy ,and will be evaluated in terms of the 90:10 method for amounts above R1 000 000.00 as set out in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act,2000:Preferential Procurement Regulations 2011.
