and Drainage Board, sealed (wax sealing) bids (in Two cover System) are invited
by the Chief Engineer, 'MAD Board, Coimbatore under Item - war Tender System
for the following two Water Supply Scheme in Erode and Tiruppur Districts of

This Procurement and Construction Contract
will follow the procedure prescribed under The Tamil Nadu Transparency in
Tenders Act. 1998 and Rules 2000 and subsequent amendments there on.
Bid documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders on submission of written application accompanied with a
Demand Draft from any Nationalized/Scheduled bank drawn in favour of the
Executive Engineer, TWAD Board, RWS Division, Erode and RWS Division, Tiruppur
concerned for the work as detailed below.
Cost of tender document Rs.1000 + 5% VAT.
The Bid Documents can also be downloaded free
of cost from Tamil Nadu Government website.
Amount of Earnest Money Deposit will be 1% of
the value of Work put to Tender.
Period of contract is 16 months + 6 months
trial run for Items 1 and 14 months +6 months trial run for Item 2.
Pre Bid Meeting will be held on 20.10.2016 at
11.00AM in the Office of the Chief Engineer, MAD Board, Coimbatore.
