Rural Electrification Authority invites proposals from interested firms to tender for project implementation support indicated below. The Consultancy is open to Local firms only. Consultants may associate with foreign consulting firms to enhance their qualifications. Interested bidders may inspect and download the proposal document from REA website or from the IFMIS portal and submit the same free of charge. Bidders who choose to Bid must be registered with the Procurement Department by submission of an application letter on their company intention to bid in this tender. Original of this letter must be received and a copy stamped department of REA to be attached in the bid document.

Bidders are free to contact the office of the Manager, Procurement & Supplies during normal working days between 9.00 am - 12.30 pm and 2.00 to 4.30 pm for any clarification regarding the tender.

Bidders shall not contact or discuss any aspect of their tender with REA after the closing date and before the receipt of notifications or letters of regret as applicable. Any such contact shall lead to disqualification.

Completed tender MUST be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Number and Reference Number cab be deposited in the Tender Box situated on the ground floor at the Rural Electrification Authority offices and be addressed to:
