On behalf of Energy Department, Govt. of U.P. REC Transmission Projects Company Limited (RECTPCL), New Delhi, India (a wholly owned subsidiary of Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd. a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking) invites proposal for setting up of above transmission project on Build, Own, Operate &Maintain basis following two stage process of 'Request for Qualification (RFQ) and "Request for Proposal (RFP)'. The Bidders may obtain the RFQ document on all working days between 10:30 hours to 16:00 hours (IST) from 03.09.2016 to 30.09.2016 payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh. Only) or US$1750 (US Dollars One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Only), in the form of a demand draft in favour of "REC Transmission Projects Company Ltd." payable at New Delhi from RECTPCL However, in such cases interested parties can submit Response to RFQ only on submission of non refundable fee of Rs.1.00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) or US$1750 (US Dollars One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Only) as mentioned above separately along with the Response to RFQ. The last date for seeking clarifications on RFQ is 23.09.2016 and last date for submission of Response to RFQ is 03.10.2016 (upto 1500 Hrs 1ST). Response to RFQ will be opened on the same day at 1530 Hrs (IST) in presence of bidders representatives who wish to attend. All corrigenda, addenda, amendments, time extensions, clarifications etc. to the RFQ will be hosted on our websites. Bidders should regularly visit websites to keep themselves updated.
