Bid documents will be issued from 31.08.2016 to 21.09.2016 between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on working clays on payment of Rs. 1,500.00 to the People's Bank A/C No. 066-1-001-6-0000181 as non¬refundable fee or EP-172 Receipt obtained from Accountant of the Provincial Department of Indigenous Medicine, Eastern Province - 11-incomalee.

Sealed Bids may be dispatched either by registered post or hand delivered to the Chairman, Procurement Committee, Provincial Department of Indigenous Medicine, 198, Inner Harbour Road, Trincomalee on or before 22.09.2016 at 3.00 p.m. "Bids for IFB Bid Ref. No: EP/PCIM/PSDG/DMU01/2016" should be clearly stated on the left hand top corner of the envelope.
6. Bids will be opened by 3.00 p.m. on 22.09.2016 at the Conference Hall, Provincial Commissioner's Office, Eastern Province. Bidden or their representatives are required to be present at the opening of the Bids.
