Abay Bank S.C invites all interested bidders by this competitive bid for the supply and implementation of the following items:

The bid document shall be obtained commencing 19,September,2016 from Procurement Division, cited at Abay Bank S.C, Facility & Procurement Directorate, against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two hundred Birr only) for each lots during office hours(Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00 am, 1:00- 5:00 pm and Saturday 8:00-12:00 am). Bidders must present & professional license, Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate.

Any foreign company is obliged to have local agent who has mentioned licenses and power of attorney.

Tenders must be supported with 2% security bond of the total quoted bid value (Re-fundable) in shape of CPO or Bank Guarantee in favor of Abay Bank S.C. In case of non-provision or in-sufficient earnest money, the bid(s) will not be considered. Securities issued by foreign Banks shall be counter-guaranteed by an Ethiopia Bank.

All bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Procurement Division, cited at Abay Bank S.C, Facility & Procurement Directorate during office hours for on or before October 13, 2016 at 6:00 Local time.

Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and / or their legal agents who wish to attend On October 13, 2016 at 8:00 Local time.
