1. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB). Procurement Guidelines specified in the Government of Sri Lanka (GOSL) is applied.

2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Mrs N.H. Kohomban, the Accountant, Department of National Archives, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 16:00 hours (Sri Lanka Standard Time) on working days, commencing from 14th October 2016 to 31st October 2016.

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents printed in English may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Thousand Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR 1000.00) for each set. The method of payment will be either cash or a bank draft.

4. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 14.00 hours on 31st October 2016. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' Representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 14.15 hours on 31st October 2016.
