The Commander, Headquarters Indian Coast Guard Region (NW),Gandhinagar invites quotation from service agencies/ firms authorised by DG Shipping for servicing of life rafts Hydrostatic Release Units (HRUs) onboard ICG Ships/Boats/Crafts under command of CGRHO (NW). The details are as follows:-

(a)Type of Service Servicing of life rafts 8 Hydrostatic Release Units (HRUs) on rate contract basis for year 2016-17

(b)Delivery Period 10 days from date of work order

(c)Place of Servicing: Gujarat Coast only (preferably base port) as per work order

(d) contract Validity 12 consecutive Months from signing of contract

(e)No’s of Life Rafts 100 Nos.

Eligibility criteria-

(a)Service agencies/ firm to be authorized by DG Shipping

(b)Service agencies/ firm to provide firm should provide certificate duly appendby IIIIDARS post servicing of life rafts.

(c)The firm should submit EMI) of Rs. 2.00,000.00 along with bids in form of DO, FD, Bankers cheque or Bank guarantee as per ENO clause of REP

(d)Financially sound and be able to give Performance Bank Guarantee of 10% of total contract value

RFP including all terms & conditions and other details of proposal are uploaded on Central Public Procurement Portal The interested agencies/firms may forward their bids as mentioned in by 1100 hrs Oct 27 Oct 16.
