LAN upgrading, Internet Configuration and Maintenance Service

Global Insurance Company (S.C) invites interested and eligible bidders for the supply of LAN upgrading and internet configurations and subsequent computer maintenance works for 2016-2017 budget years. 1) A complete set of bid document for free can be obtained from property and General Service office of Global Insurance Head office 4th floor , located at Gobena Abatigust, (somale Tera).

2) Bidders are required to present relevant /valid/ and renewed license for the current year, supplier's registration certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economics Development (MOFED) as well as VAT registration certificate.

3) Bidders should submit their offers (Technical and financial proposal) accompanied by a bid bond performance bond of be Ethiopian Birr 3,000.00 (Three thousand) in a wax sealed envelope to the above mentioned office during office hours (8. 00 am – 5.00 pm) from October 10,2016 up to October 20,2016. The bid bond shall be kept as a performance bond after concluding a contract with the winner.

4)Bid will be closed October 20, 2016 at 2:00 pm and opened on same date at 3:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives at Global Insurance Company Head office.

5) A bid delivered after closing date & time is invalid.
