3.  The name of the machine / equipment for which bids are submitted should be stated at the left-side top corner of the cover containing the bid. Completed bids in sealed covers, should either be sent by registered post or personally delivered to the Tender Box kept at the Office to be received at or before 10.00 a.m. on 01.11.2016. Bids will be opened at 10.30 a.m.. same day and the decision of the Tender Board with regard to this, shall be the final.
