We TAL Garments Manufacturing PLC invites  all interested & eligible bidders for rendering service for cleaning, security, building contractor Grade -2, catering& canteen service, and forklift rental & for the supply of office furniture.

Opening Date: September30, 2016

Closing Date: October7, 2016

The tender remains floating from September 30, 2016 to October 7, 2016. The complete set of the bidding document can be obtained from TAL Garments Manufacturing PLC office on the way to bole road at Snap Plaza 80 floor in Ethiojobs office next to Millennium Hall. During office hours (Monday to Friday). Interested bidders are expected to fulfill the requirements sated here below:

·         Availability of bid security

·         Bidders should have a valid & renewed trade license for the year

·         VAT registration certificate & tax payer identification certificate (TIN)

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of birr 25,000 Birr certified by CPO. The bid security shall be furnished by CPO issued by a recognized domestic bank. Bidders should submit their offer in a sealed envelope indicating technical & financial offers up to October 7, 2016 until 5:00 PM.

The bids presented by any bidder after the closing date shall be rejected

Bids received on time & fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on October 10, 2016 at 2:00PM at Snap Plaza 8th floor

Bidders are strongly advised to read & comply with instructions provided in the bidding document

All services will be rendered in Hawasssa Industrial Park, Hawassa.

TAL Garments Manufacturing PLC reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bids.
