Complete set of Bidding Documents can be obtained from the Supplies Division of the University from 14' October 2016 to 03" November 2016 from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. during working days on a payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 2,000.00 (Two Thousand Only).

A pre bid meeting will be held on 27th October 2016 at 2.00 p.m. hours at the Board Room.

Sealed bids clearly marked with the tender number on the top left corner of the envelope should be sent under Registered Post to the Chairman, Procurement Committee, University of Vocational Technology, No.100, Kandawala, Ratmalana, or be deposited in the Tender Box provided at Supplies Division.

Bids will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on 04' November 2016 and will be opened immediately thereafter. Bidder or his authorized representatives (with letter of authorization) is allowed to be present at the time of opening of bids.

7.The Procurement Committee has the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage.
