Bids are invited by the Chairman, Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, on behalf of Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited for the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Aeronautical Information Management System for Sri Lanka. Bidding will be conducted according to the guidelines of International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedure.

Bids should be submitted on documents obtainable from Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake or via the official website of AASL. A non- refundable Bidding Fee of Rupees Forty Thousand (Rs. 40,000.00) shall be paid and an official letter of request of the Bidder shall be submitted to the Supply Chain Management Division of AASL.

Bid Documents will be issued from October 14, 2016 until December 06, 2016 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on any working day at Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.

Bids will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on December 07, 2016 at Procurement Division of Ministry of Transport & Civil Aviation, 7th Floor, Sethsiripaya Stage II, Battaramulla and will be opened immediately thereafter.

An on demand Bid Guarantee equivalent to Rupees Five Million (Rs. 5,000,000.00) in the form of a Bank Guarantee, payable to Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited, issued by a Bank approved by the Central Bank and operating in Sri Lanka, should be submitted with the Bid.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on November 04, 2016 at 10.00 a.m. at the 4th Floor Conference Room of New Administration Building at Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake. Bidder or his representative is requested to attend the Pm Bid meeting along with the relevant AIM manufacturer's representatives who possess technical and operational knowledge.

Bids shall be delivered either by Registered Post or hand delivered addressed to - Chairman, Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, C/o Secretary, Chief Accountant's Office, Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation, 7th Floor, Sethsiripaya Stage II, Battaramulla, Sri Lanka on or before 2.00 p.m. on December 07. 2016. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives.
