European
leader in energy, technical and facilities management services, Cofely
has been engaged by Telereal Trillium to provide a range of hard and
soft facilities management and contract award services in a £300 million
contract.
The new contract appoints Cofely as a
key partner to Telereal Trillium and will be subjected for delivering a
variety of FM and contract other services throughout Telereal Trillium’s
Department for Work and Pensions and the Driver and Vehicle Licensing
Agency and Aviva profiles.
Telereal Trillium has laid a strong
performance record of managing and rearranging FM supply chains and
complex estates, over the span of last two decades. Telereal Trillium’s
service delivery model will continue to deliver further more potent and
efficient services to the customers, after the appointment of Cofely,
commented Adam Dakin, joint managing director at Telereal Trillium.
Cofely is looking forward to function
with Telereal Trillium and developing the existing relationship with the
Department for Work and Pensions. The latest venture clearly portraits
the strength and capabilities of Cofely in relation with both variety of
services and geographical coverage, says, Wilfrid Petrie, chief
executive of Cofely.
About 275 Telereal Trillium service
delivery staff will transfer to Cofely in July 2014, as a part of new
contract, which remains active until March 2018.
