UAE-based
construction company, Eagle Hills is likely to invest up to €4 billion
($5.4 billion) in the Belgrade Waterfront project to build offices,
residential blocks, eight hotels a shopping mall and the tower, on the
right bank of the Sava River.
The Belgrade Waterfront project was
designed to entirely rebuild a rundown area at the centre of the Balkan
city of two million crowd.
At a press conference held at Geozavod, a
restored 1907 building that commands the area and will house the
Belgrade Waterfront Gallery, as the project will attract many tourists
and make Belgrade a regional centre, commented, Prime Minister
