Petronas awards PMC project to Technip-Fluor

Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) has awarded Technip-Fluor consortium with the partner Programme Management Consultancy contract for the Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development (RAPID) project in Pengerang, Johor.
