Saudi
Arabia’s telecoms operator, Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) has signed a $200
million vendor funding agreement with Canada's export credit agency to
purchase equipment from Alcatel Lucent, the second top most
telecommunications operator in the kingdom.
The lead arrangers on the
sharia-compliant facility are Credit Agricole, Societe Generale and Bank
of Tokyo Mitsubishi, which will be used over two years and has a tenor
