C&T awards Foster Wheeler a contract awards to design and supply six heat
recovery steam generators (HRSGs) for the 2,100 MW Rabigh II combined
cycle power plant in Saudi Arabia.
The six units will be manufactured by
Foster Wheeler’s Korean subsidiary, BHI Co and will be coupled to six
gas turbines SGT6-5000F provided by Siemens that are fired by natural
gas & oil with commercial operations planned to begin in 2017.
Foster Wheeler did not revealed the
terms of the contract and the royalty value received for the deal was
