Michigan
has awarded a $90 million contract awards to the CGI Technologies and
Solutions a Canadian tech company that developed HealthCare.gov despite
rollout issues with the federal website and a lower bid from another
company.
The Montreal based CGI Technologies and
Solutions will score up to $89.5 million over seven years to develop an
Enterprise Resource Planning system for the state, substituting an
outmoded internal management system used for payroll, contract payments
